  1. Dial 8006 and wait for Mitel's Prompt
  2. Enter the extension of the user whose message you're changing
  3. Enter the user's PIN number follow by '#'
  4. Press 7 to enter voicemail settings
  5. Start recording your greeting by pressing '1', press '#' to finish recording
  6. If you're satisfied with the recording press '#' again to set it as your new outgoing message
