When Google Play Store App is Blank
When Google Play Store app is blank or displays a message like, "There are no apps to install, since your administrator hasn't made any available to you yet," follow the instruction below to resolve the problem:
- Remove the Google account. Go to Settings/Account/choose the Google Account if there is more than one account/Remove Account.
- Clear Google Play Store cache memory. Go to Settings/Apps/Google Play Store/Storage/select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Force Stop of the Play Store. Go to Settings/Apps/Google Play Store/Force Stop.
- Restart the device and then restart Google Play Store.
- If after the last step, the user is able to navigate on any apps available, add the user's Google account to the app again.
- If after adding the account, the problem reappears, check the account properties and settings in the Google Workspace Admin Console and compare with other accounts or create a new account.
