Windows Fax and Scan Issues

A testing research conducted in six computers in the company to find out why Windows Fax and Scan runs in some devices, but not in all of them, demonstates the following result.

All six users have the Windows Fax and Scan installed in their computers, but only three of them can execute the app successfully. The machines with the success execution run Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.6199). The other three users fail to run Windows Fax and Scan. An assumption has been made regarding the OS version, which is Windows 11 Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8655).
