When Corel Crashes

Background programs and process can conflict with the performance of Corel Draw, causing these subsequent crashes. To close them, you may follow these steps:

  • Search for "msconfig" in the Windows search bar and open "System Configuration".
  • Go to the "Services" tab and check "Hide all Microsoft services".
  • Click "Disable all".
  • Go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager".
  • Disable all startup programs that are not essential for CorelDRAW.
  • Restart your computer and try CorelDRAW again. 

Furthermore, please consider these instructions:

  • Update graphic drivers by visiting the website of the graphic cards (e.g. NVIDIA, AMD, Intel).
  • Reset to factory default by holding F8 while starting the program.
  • Check status of the RAM memory.
  • Look for updates.
  • Contact Corel Support.
