Restore a File from the Backup on the Cloud on Axcient
Here are the steps to restore a file from Axcient from the cloud.
Restoring a file only takes a few minutes overall with the newest updates to the Axcient backup systems. FTP and Filezilla are no longer needed!
Simply log into the website for Axcient:
And towards the top left corner, there is a button called "Recovery Wizard". Follow the step by step in that Recovery Wizard to select the type of Recovery (File Based) and how to view the files (File Browse in the case vs using FTP), then select the Server and the Date, browse the folder structure and download the files you need to the shared location.
Please be sure to "Remove" the restore point after each recovery as well.
